- Why should we should care about this topic?
- Explain pedagogically
- What the current graph is and why it is important?
- Examine why what happened.
- Look at why from lot of different perspectives/angles/dimensions.
- (Only) After looking at why, see what can be done (making policies).
- Because policy talk without understanding what happened is an exercise in futility.
- Summarize the important concepts taught till now.
